Revision Policy
At MyPapersHelpdesk.com, we take pride in providing prime-quality academic assistance. We are
always
ready to revise
your paper if it does not entirely meet your specifications. We will revise your paper 5 times
for
free if your revision
request follows our main terms.
- Instructions:
Your revision instructions should not
contradict your initial instructions. If our Quality Assurance Department decides
that the client's initial instructions are satisfied, a revision request will be rejected.
- Submission:
You can submit your revision request by
contacting the Customer Support Representatives via email before and after
approving the presentation.
- Deadline:
You can request one of our 5 free revisions in
total any time before approving the presentation. Thus, view the preview
in detail before approving it. If you cannot clearly see the text in the preview mode due to
some technical problems,
contact our Customer Support Representatives and ask them for another variant of the work
preview. You can also request
free revisions within 7 days after the moment you approved the order. For orders that exceed
20
slides, free revisions
are possible within 14 days after approval.
- The number of revisions:
We can complete 5 revisions absolutely for free and only if they satisfy the conditions
listed
above.
If your request instructions do not meet the requirements stated above, you have already
used
your 5 free revisions or a
free-revision period was expired, you should place a new order and clearly specify the
changes
that have to be made in
the presentation.
If due to some reason you approved the order, but still need a revision, you can ask for it
only
within 7 days after
approval. In this case, you should contact Customer Support Representatives and ask for the
necessary revision. After 7
days have passed, you cannot ask for a free revision. In this case, you can place a new
order
for editing the last
presentation.
Please note that you have 7 days to approve the revised paper. The time for approval is
calculated automatically from
the moment you received the last version. After this period, the presentation (or a part of
the
presentation) is
approved automatically.
