Money-Back Guarantee Policy


The following document outlines the refund policy for services provided by mypapershelpdesk.com. It is designed to protect both the customer and the company, ensuring fairness and transparency in all refund-related matters.


Our refund policy is structured in two distinct parts:

  1. Refund requests before approval of the preview version.
  2. Refund requests after approval of the final product.

Please note: If you reside in a European Union country and were charged VAT during payment, this tax is not refundable. Only the base price or a calculated percentage of it (as indicated in our Pricing section) can be returned. VAT will always be excluded from refunds.


Refunds BEFORE Approval of the Product


You are eligible for a full 100% refund in the following cases:

  • A technical or human error occurred during payment, such as double payment or identical orders.
  • The deadline has expired, and the product was not delivered at all. In such cases, you will not receive any files related to that order and you are not entitled to use any partial drafts or materials sent prior to the missed deadline (revisions excluded).

You are eligible for apartial 60% refund if:

You decided to cancel the order after we started working on it. Please note that work on your presentation begins immediately after your payment is confirmed.


  • Delayed Delivery Compensation: If we failed to deliver your presentation within the agreed timeframe, we will recalculate the cost based on the actual time it took to deliver. For example, if you ordered a presentation with a 24-hour turnaround but received it in 36 hours, the difference in pricing will be refunded to you. (This rule does not apply to revisions.)
  • Product Approval Window: You have 7 calendar days to review and approve the product. This period starts as soon as we upload the final version and the initial deadline has passed. If you don’t manually approve it within that time, the system will auto-approve the file.

If You Are Not Satisfied With the Product


If the presentation does not meet your expectations, you may:

  • Request a Free Revision, or
  • Ask that a different presentation specialist be assigned to your case.
  • Initiate a Dispute by contacting Customer Support and stating: "I would like to set this order on Dispute Status" — be sure to explain your reasons clearly.

Important Notes for Dispute Resolution:


  • Strong and well-argued reasons are required for any dispute. Provide examples or proof when possible.
  • The dispute process may require time, as it involves back-and-forth communication, content reviews, and possibly additional evidence.
  • Each dispute is handled individually. Refund percentages are determined case-by-case after thorough assessment.
  • If you fail to provide the required information within 14 days of opening the dispute, the case will be canceled and no refund will be granted.
  • Disputes must be resolved within 7 days of initiation. Inactivity will result in the dispute being automatically closed.

Refunds AFTER Approval of the Product


Once you hit the "Approve" button, you confirm the product meets your requirements and that you are satisfied with the work provided. This action:

  • Grants you full access to the editable, printable version of the presentation.
  • Disqualifies you from receiving any form of refund.

You may still request revisions within 7 days after approval by contacting our Customer Support team. Be clear and specific about the issue you'd like corrected.


Caution: Do not approve the product if:


  • You have not yet checked it thoroughly.
  • You are not happy with its quality.
  • You are experiencing issues with previewing the file.

Instead, reach out to Customer Support and ask for an alternative way to preview the final version.


Intellectual Property & Refund Requests


If you request a full refund, you lose all rights to use the final presentation and any supplementary materials. Ownership reverts to mypapershelpdesk.com, and we reserve the right to publish the presentation as a sample or use it for commercial demonstration purposes.

We do not store files in open-access databases. However, in the event of a refund, the presentation may appear in search engine results or be identifiable by plagiarism-checking tools.

This policy safeguards the work of our presentation designers in cases where clients attempt to use the product after initiating a refund.


Grade Disclaimer


We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. If you receive a poor grade or are dissatisfied with your evaluation, it does not qualify you for a refund.
